Arrowood Owes Select Comfort $1.5M In Coverage Row
A Minnesota federal judge on Thursday ruled that Arrowood Indemnity Co. must pay Select Comfort Corp. more than $1.5 million to reimburse Select's costs defending a putative class action over defective beds that developed mold, including $800,000 in attorneys' fees accrued during a two-year battle with Arrowood over coverage.

A Minnesota federal judge ruled Friday that Arrowood Indemnity Co. can't pursue reimbursement of a sum it allegedly overpaid for Select Comfort Corp.'s settlement of a putative class action over defective beds that developed mold, on the grounds that the parties didn't mutually agree that Arrowood had the right to seek repayment.
