A Minnesota federal judge on Thursday ruled that Arrowood Indemnity Co. must pay Select Comfort Corp. more than $1.5 million to reimburse Select's costs defending a putative class action over defective beds that developed mold, including $800,000 in attorneys' fees accrued during a two-year battle with Arrowood over coverage.
