2nd Circ. Says ALJ Decision Blocks Parallel CBA Grievance
The Second Circuit ruled Friday that an arbitrator could decide that an administrative law judge's decision in a parallel action blocked a U.S. Postal Service worker from arbitrating a collective bargaining agreement grievance, reversing a New York federal court's decision.
