    Biomerieux Sinks Lab's Suit Over Faulty Testing System

    A New Jersey federal judge on Thursday made short work of a complaint accusing Biomerieux Inc. of duping a commercial laboratory into purchasing an automated testing system to perform tests on food, environmental samples and pharmaceutical products by falsely claiming it had been approved by regulatory agencies, saying that the suit didn't include specific enough allegations.
