Judge Says Remains Of Coal Ash Suit Belong In State Court
A Kentucky federal judge on Wednesday sent a proposed class action alleging that a PPL Corp. utility's coal-fired power plant contaminated nearby homes and caused health problems to state court, saying it's the logical place to hear state law claims since the suit's federal claims have been dismissed.
