4th Circ. Axes $10M Award In Travel Agency Contract Row
The Fourth Circuit on Tuesday vacated a $10 million profit-based damages award to Blue Sky Travel and Tours LLC in its breach of contract dispute with Saudi Arabian travel agency and government contractor Al Tayyar Group, saying the lower court prejudiced Al Tayyar Group with sanctions before trial.
