    Google, JC Penney Continue Eolas Web Browser Patent Fight

    Google Inc. and J.C. Penney Corp. Inc. have sued Eolas Technologies Inc. in California federal court seeking declarations that they haven't infringed two of the company's patents covering interactive Web browser functions, several months after the Federal Circuit affirmed a jury verdict invalidating two similar patents.
