Dozens of auto parts manufacturers will pay a total of $432.8 million to car buyers in a sprawling multidistrict litigation accusing the companies of conspiring to fix prices and rig the market for various auto parts, according to a third-round settlement approved in Michigan federal court.

Bridgestone has agreed to pay $29.6 million to settle price-fixing allegations in multidistrict litigation claiming the auto company colluded with other companies to rig the market for certain rubber vehicle components, according to a proposed settlement filed in Michigan federal court Monday.

Four more settlements were approved Wednesday in sprawling multidistrict litigation over auto parts price-fixing, with Aisin Seiki Co. set to pay $18.6 million, Sumitomo Riko Co. settling for $11.4 million, Schaeffler Group USA Inc. agreeing to pay $7.6 million and Valeo Inc. paying $6.6 million.
