    A California federal judge on Wednesday tossed a proposed class action claiming Diamond Foods Inc. deceptively labels Kettle brand tortilla chips made with synthetic ingredients as “all natural,” saying the suit needed more basic factual assertions to advance while rejecting the manufacturer’s key arguments for dismissal.
