    Punk Label Accuses Universal Of Infringing 'Frontier' Mark

    Independent punk rock label Frontier Records on Thursday sued an Italian rock label and its distributor, Universal Music Group Distribution Corp., for allegedly infringing its mark by using the similar moniker Frontiers Records, which the plaintiff claims has caused confusion among consumers and media outlets.
