Bengals Settle Cheerleader Wage Class Action For $255K
The Cincinnati Bengals have agreed to pay up to $255,000 to settle a class action brought by a cheerleader who alleged the team paid her and other cheerleaders less than the minimum wage, the two sides told an Ohio district court Wednesday.

The Cincinnati Bengals organization was hit Tuesday with a putative class action in Ohio federal court alleging it denies its cheerleaders minimum wage, less than a month after current and former members of the Oakland Raiders' cheer squad filed suit over similar allegations.
