Fla. Condo Builder Awarded $23M From Insurer For Repairs
A Florida federal judge ruled Thursday that ACE American Insurance Co. owes $23 million in indemnification to a Florida construction company for repairs it made to fix deficient subcontractor work at a Miami high-rise condominium, saying coverage is required since the repairs addressed ongoing damage to nondefective property.
