    The Seventh Circuit refused Tuesday to halt the sale of Global Information Network, a business jointly owned by infomercial salesman Kevin Trudeau, ruling that GIN's co-owners failed to show why the asset shouldn't help cover a $37.6 million Federal Trade Commission fine levied against Trudeau.
