La. Blue Cross Will Temporarily Accept Federal HIV Funds
Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Louisiana and two other health insurers assured a Louisiana federal judge on Tuesday that they would temporarily accept federal subsidies used by low-income HIV patients to pay for premiums ahead of a hearing in the proposed class action attacking their decision to reject the funds.
