Former Continental Pilots Sue Union Over Merger Deal
Six pilots who worked for Continental Airlines Inc. before its merger with United Airlines Inc. filed a putative class action in Texas federal court on Monday against the union representing them, saying it wrongly favored United pilots in its merged seniority list.
