Diablo's Trade Secret Trial Win Upheld By Judge
A California federal judge on Tuesday upheld a verdict that Diablo Technologies Inc. did not steal Netlist Inc.'s trade secrets pertaining to chip technology, rejecting Netlist's request for a new trial and also nixing Diablo's challenge to the jury's finding on Lanham Act trademark and false advertising claims.
