Thrift Store Says Forever 21 Sales Don't Infringe Trademark
Consignment retailer Crossroads Trading Co. on Tuesday urged a California federal judge to declare it had not ripped off Forever 21 Inc.'s trademark by selling its overstocked merchandise, saying it removes all tags and other identifiable Forever 21 markings before selling the products.
