Judge Rips Ex-Target Worker's Attys For 'Sparse' Cert. Bid
A California federal judge on Tuesday tentatively refused to certify a class of more than 90,000 Target Corp. workers who claim they weren't paid for time spent waiting to be let out of closed stores, criticizing an ex-worker's attorneys for failing to back up the "sparsely supported" certification motion with evidence.
