    Judge Pauses Vizio's Attack On Pragmatus VoIP Patents

    A California federal judge on Monday stayed Vizio Inc.'s suit seeking to invalidate four patents for transmitting voice over Internet protocol held by Pragmatus Telecom LLC, saying he would dismiss the case unless a Delaware federal judge transfers Pragmatus' first-filed infringement suit against Vizio to California.
