Defunct E-Book Co. Takes Antitrust Row To 2nd Circ.
A former e-book retailer on Monday appealed to the Second Circuit a January ruling that it failed to prove it went defunct because of an alleged antitrust conspiracy involving publishers rather than because it simply failed as a business.
