JC Penney Seeks Toss Of Suit Over Knockoff Ugg Boots
J.C. Penney Co. Inc. asked a California federal judge on Wednesday to toss a lawsuit claiming the department store sold knockoff versions of Deckers Outdoor Corp.'s Ugg boots, saying the complaint was so vague the company "cannot even guess what it allegedly did."
