    Fla. Trucker A Contractor, Not An Employee, Jury Finds

    A Florida federal jury on Friday found that a driver accusing a trucking company of violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act does not deserve overtime compensation for working approximately 85 hours a week for six months because he is an independent contractor, not an employee.
