A group of pharmaceutical companies on Friday urged the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to centralize in Illinois more than 70 cases alleging the companies' prescription testosterone medications caused men to suffer heart attacks and strokes, arguing that the cases involve common issues of fact.
