Stanley Electric Strikes $15.2M Deal In Car Parts MDL
Stanley Electric Co. Ltd. will pay $15.2 million to close out at least part of its role in a sprawling multidistrict litigation over alleged price-fixing for auto parts, end purchasers of vehicles and parts told a Michigan federal judge Friday as they sought preliminary approval of the class settlement.

Auto Parts Manufacturers Can't Ditch Antitrust MDL
Mitsubishi Electric Corp., Mitsuba Corp. and others can't escape allegations by Florida's attorney general, dealerships and buyers that they fixed auto parts prices, a Michigan federal judge ruled Wednesday, saying similar allegations have already survived dismissal bids in the sprawling multidistrict litigation.

Panasonic Strikes $17M Deal In Auto Parts Price-Fixing Row
Panasonic Corp. agreed to pay $17.1 million to resolve a putative class action brought by car buyers who claimed the company conspired with others to fix prices of switches, steering angle sensors and automotive high intensity discharge ballasts, the plaintiffs told a Michigan federal court Thursday.
