    A Texas federal judge signed off Tuesday on a $2.1 million settlement to resolve collective and class action claims that YP Advertising & Publishing LLC stiffed workers in Texas and Missouri on overtime in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act, saying the deal was fair and reasonable.
