    Evanston Insurance Co. filed suit in Georgia federal court Friday to challenge coverage for a putative nationwide class action alleging Jackson Therapy Partners LLC violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, after the insurer refused the underlying plaintiff's demand that it pay $9 million to settle the claims.
