EEOC Targets Another Employer's Severance Pact
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Monday announced a suit against CollegeAmerica alleging the private college's separation agreements improperly prevented employees from filing age discrimination complaints, claims similar to those the EEOC made in a recent suit against CVS Pharmacy Inc.
