Glencore Says It Lacks US Link In Aluminum Antitrust MDL
Glencore PLC on Monday asked a New York federal judge to toss claims in multidistrict litigation alleging it conspired with banks and others to manipulate the supply of aluminum to inflate its value, saying the court has no jurisdiction over it because it has little to no connection with the U.S.
