    Wyndham Hits Jeld-Wen With $1.3M Suit Over Tax Deal

    Wyndham Resort Development Corp. on Friday filed a $1.3 million breach of merger contract suit against building supply manufacturer Jeld-Wen Inc. in Delaware federal court, claiming the company reneged on a tax payment deal inked in 2002 when Cendant Corp. acquired Wyndham's predecessor from Jeld-Wen.
