    Nestle SA unit Nespresso USA Inc. sued competitor HiLine Coffee Co. Inc. last week in New York federal court, alleging HiLine has promoted its line of single-serve coffee capsules by copying Nespresso's signature trade dress and improperly using the company's trademarks, according to court documents made public Monday.
