    Ramada Sues Ex-Franchisee For Using Its Trademarks

    Ramada Worldwide Inc. on Monday slapped the owners of a 120-room franchise location with a breach-of-contract suit in New Jersey federal court, alleging they violated the Lanham Act by continuing to use the hotel giant's trademarks after the termination of the agreement.
