Texas Jury Nixes Wireless Patent Asserted Against AT&T
A Texas federal jury has found that the asserted claims of a patent owned by Acacia Research Corp. subsidiary Adaptix Inc., which Adaptix had asserted against Alcatel Lucent USA Inc., AT&T Mobility LLC and others, were invalid and non-infringed, according to a statement by Adaptix on Friday.
