    Reinsurer Needn't Cover Suit Over $7M Malpractice Judgment

    Greenwich Insurance Co. doesn't have to defend Medical Mutual Insurance Co. of North Carolina in a bad faith action brought by a doctor who claims Medical Mutual's failure to settle a medical malpractice suit caused her to be slapped with a $6.7 million judgment, a North Carolina federal judge ruled Tuesday.
