A conservative think tank on Monday sued the U.S. National Security Agency in District of Columbia federal court, seeking to obtain U.S. Environmental Protection Agency administrators' communications related to climate change on secondary email accounts after a federal judge ruled the EPA could withhold the documents from a Freedom of Information Act request.
