    Spherix, Huawei Settle Row Over Rockstar Network Patents

    Patent licensing company Spherix has settled with Chinese smartphone maker Huawei in a case in the Eastern District of Texas in which it alleged that Huawei infringed five of its data and communication network-related patents, Spherix announced Monday.
