Dollar Tree Gets 5K Worker Rest Break Class Scrapped
A California federal judge on Monday decertified a class of 5,000 Dollar Tree Inc. managers who alleged the company illegally forced them to skip rest breaks without premium compensation, ruling that "overwhelming evidence" indicates the managers were given the proper break times.
