Patient Claims Genzyme Swapped Good Medicine For Bad
A patient suffering from Gaucher's disease hit Sanofi SA subsidiary Genzyme Corp. with a proposed class action in Colorado federal court Tuesday, saying the company intentionally interfered with his biweekly injections, substituting an "impure and ineffective drug" and causing the disease to progress.
