    Gold Co. Says Proxy War Based On Misleading SEC Filings

    Timmis Gold Corp. sued Tuesday its largest shareholder Sentry Select Capital Corp. in D.C. federal court, saying Sentry had misstated in U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings when it transitioned to an activist investor, making its current proxy battle for control of Timmins' board of directors unfair.
