Twinings Escapes Class Action Over Misleading Tea Labels
An Arkansas federal judge on Thursday tossed a proposed class action claiming Twinings North America Inc. deceived consumers by mislabeling its teas as being a "natural source" of antioxidants, finding that because the labels don't violate federal law, the complaint is preempted.
