A New York federal judge on Monday amended her ruling upholding ConocoPhillips' acquisition of a 50 percent stake in a coking unit at a Texas refinery to specify that a Venezuelan state-owned oil company owes at least $10.2 million, but declined to spell out exactly what each Petroleos de Venezuela SA entities owes.
