    Insurer Off Hook In StairMaster Injury Suit, 10th Circ. Says

    The Tenth Circuit affirmed Thursday that Landmark American Insurance Co. doesn't have to defend or indemnify a Colorado exercise equipment store in a lawsuit filed after its delivery workers dropped a StairMaster machine on a customer, saying the accident fell under an exclusion for injuries occurring while loading or unloading property.
