    GM, ZF Chassis Hit With $2.4M Breach Of Contract Suits

    Auto part supplier Saint Jean Industries on Friday slapped General Motors Co. and ZF Chassis Components with suits in Arkansas federal court, saying the companies have breached agreements to forgive loan amounts if Saint Jean manufactures and delivers certain parts on time and now collectively owe $2.4 million.
