Whistleblower Appeals Omnicare Win In $630M FCA Suit
Hoping to revive a $630 million False Claims Act suit, a former Omnicare Inc. employee lodged an appeal with the Fifth Circuit on Thursday challenging a September ruling that found the pharmaceutical services giant's collections practices to be no different than that of an average law firm.
