Anheuser-Busch OT Class Action Sent To Arbitrator
A California federal judge has sent a putative class action accusing Anheuser-Busch InBev Worldwide Inc. of failing to pay overtime and discouraging paid breaks to an arbitrator, ruling the drivers were bound by an arbitration agreement despite claims they never received copies in the mail.

Anheuser-Busch InBev Worldwide Inc. was slapped with a putative class action in California federal court Monday accusing the company of failing to pay its drivers for overtime hours they worked and implementing a pay structure that discouraged meal breaks and rest periods.
