Victoria's Secret Gets Initial OK On $12M Clerk-Wage Deal
A California judge Thursday preliminarily approved Victoria's Secret Stores' $12 million settlement to resolve class claims that the retailer shortchanged clerks' pay by scheduling "call-in" shifts, after the parties provided a revised deal with a subclass for workers who weren't appropriately paid upon leaving the company.
