    Saks Moves Suit Over Calif. Wage Statements To Fed. Court

    Employees of luxury retailer Saks Fifth Avenue say the chain doesn't provide its California sales associates with proper wage statements, making it difficult for the employees to determine whether they have been paid all wages owed, according to a putative class action removed Friday to California federal court.
