ProLogic Inc. is paring down its $25 million lawsuit accusing two former employees of passing on software trade secrets to ex-subcontractor Aquarian Systems Inc., agreeing Wednesday in Maryland federal court to drop allegations that Aquarian wrested away a State Department contract.
