Navistar Hit With Fla. Suit Over Engine Defect
Navistar Inc. was slapped Tuesday with a putative class action in Florida federal court, alleging the trucking giant's MaxxForce heavy-duty diesel engines are defective and lead to engine failure because of overheating, and also don't comply with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regulations for exhaust emission controls.
