    A New York federal judge on Wednesday tossed a putative class action alleging Unilever United States Inc. sells its Axe and Degree deodorants in oversize packaging that misleads consumers into thinking they're buying more product than they're getting, saying that the claims are preempted under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
