Juice Maker Settles EEOC Suit Over Firing Worker With HIV
A manufacturer of juice products for schools and medical institutions will pay $125,000 to settle claims it fired an employee at one of its Georgia facilities after learning he had HIV, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has announced.
