EEOC To Take Wellness Program ADA Loss To 7th Circuit
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Thursday told a Wisconsin federal court that it would be appealing to the Seventh Circuit a December ruling finding that a plastic maker's policy requiring mandatory medical exams for employees as part of voluntary wellness programs is legal under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
